A Ward win would be terrible for boxing and only serve to encourage others to go down the Ward route rather than the Froch one.

There's no way I can compare Ward's "travel schedule" to Froch's genuine trips. However, due to the lack of nieghbors, America has developed intense regional rivalries when it comes to sports.

A fight in Oakland can be very different than one in LA or NY or Vegas.

 

Europe is made up of many countries.

America is a country by itself.

Ward was a disgrace in that fight, and Froch's constant **** talking. It's a tough call. I just look foward to Lucian rolling over either one.:good

 

The headbutt was intentional. If you saw the replay there should be no need do discuss that aspect. Apart from headbutts Ward also charged in with his shoulder over and over again in order to disrupt Kessler from boxing. The fight more or less seemed like a testflight for dirty tactics. Ward wants every edge he can get.

After that fight Ward has played it down a bit. In interviews he sounds like he is fed up with people pointing out how disgusting his approach was. He still charges in with his head after landing a right cross, but seemlingly not in order to cause a headclash.

Sorry but that is total BS. You all speak the same Language for starters and when Ward represented the USA it was one nation not 50. So get real.

 

Even that is not true. UK and Sweden aren't even using the EURO.
I accept that not every state is the same but basically if it its an American fighting a non American it doesnt matter which US state the fight is in. The American is the home town fighter. There is NO defending that.
