Okay, so name a good white American fighter that should be showcased on showtime or hbo? There are just European. If we go by what your saying then we have white HW champs. I believe Tommy Morrison was the last white american HW champ if you count the WBO. The best white fighters were around back in the 50's and 60's, but the mob ran that **** back then and who was permitted to fight. I wish we had LaMottas today or a Graciano. Pavlick was the last big deal, but he was limited in my eyes. The Europeans are taking over even the blacks are starting to slide.

 

It's cool. I had a feeling you were joking and you read that other thread from yesterday. If Froch can't find a way to hurt Bute, the fight is over. I think they are both class acts and I applaud them for fighting each other instead of ducking like some others. The best against the best. I hope Ward takes on the winner.

 

I'm white, I just prefer to watch Hispanic and African-American fighters, the former because of the warrior spirit they bring to the ring, and the latter because of they athletic ability and technical grace under fire they bring. Don't get me wrong I am a fan of all fighters no matter the race or nationality, I just prefer the styles of the groups I mentioned.

 

I'm sure they are both picking up more fan base here. ****, they have been ruling the HW division for how long? People and fans recognize them now. They both are still not exciting though. It is going to take a black HW to change all that, just joking.
