I think a lot or voting for Khan because they see him as the man who can stop the Golovkin juggernaut

Haymon is sending Khan to beat Canelo which in turn will put GBP out of business and PBC back on track. :D

Although I'm disappointed with Canelo for agreeing to this farce of a fight, I'm still rooting for him for the hopes of a big match with GGG in the fall, which is one of the best matchups to be made.

I'm not sure exactly what matchups a Khan win would greatly increase the chances of. Maybe Mayweather-Khan?

Tricky choice between the cherry picker Canelo or the cash grabber Khan.

While I have to say it's daring that Khan is willing to jump up to... I was going to say middleweight but really it's light middle, it has more to do with money rather than Khan suddenly growing a pair.

I'll be rooting for Canelo. I prefer his style and Khan has always annoyed me and there are few sights in boxing more satisfying than Khan being KO'ed.

This post is a perfect representation of how I feel, except I am torn by the potential comedy of "the cherry pick gone wrong" aspect.

That being said, I am not convinced Amir is truly daring to be great. He may be selling the last un-shattered shards of his chin to the highest bidder. Guess I need to hope Canelo wins also.

Losses don't hurt fighters like Canelo too much. People pay to watch him fight. Similar with Miguel Cotto. He has lost but he was still the 3rd biggest cash cow. Oscar De La Hoya was the PPV king and had multiple losses. Pacquiao was even ko twice yet people paid to watch him fight.

Fighters like Mayweather can't afford to lose, their stock collapses with a loss or two.

Khan will get our title count back up here after we lose one in the Frampton v Quigg fight (unless that ends in a draw)

was a big Canelo supporter and always thought of Khan as a whiny and deluded *****, but for this fight I actually want Khan to pull the huge upset and completely ruin what's left of the ginger's reputation.

    Lhan doesn't have any fans.

    People just don't respect Canelo.

It's largely because people are just disappointed in Canelo's choice of opposition and want him to lose his cherry-pick.

I'll be rooting for Khan but if he comes in slow and lethargic like how he looked to me in his last fight then I think he will get beat up. I hope that he comes in good and fights as well as he can.
