That's pretty much my official take on things too. Just as long as Fury's got his full MOT and he's switched on and up for it I can't see it going any other way.

I'm expecting Whyte to be game as he usually is in fights. If Fury goes full Kronk on Whyte then Whyte will have some opportunities to use his decent left counters. If Fury fights Whyte like he did against Chisora then it'll be a long punishing frustrating night for little feet no balance Whyte.

But it is heavyweight boxing at the end of the day, strange things can happen!

There is simply no need for Fury to fight Kronk style, just not worth the risk. All Fury has to do is box like he has been known to do for most of his career, just like he did against Chisora as already mentioned and it should be a straight forward fight for him with no drama and more than likely a stoppage victory sometime after the eighth round over a deflated, tired, frustrated and beat up Whyte . This is not like Fury fighting Wilder we’re he had to be aggressive to negate Wilder this is Fury up against a known plodder who is levels below Fury in terms of attributes and ring iq.

Would rather Fury won, but don't really care that much, on the flip side I would find it funny if Whyte won though, Fury has quite a few insufferable fan boys and would be funny to see their reaction.

    Win - win I guess.

I am a Fury fan and I want him to win and yes I agree with what you are saying. Fury should box from the opening like he did with Chisora and I still think he will hurt Whyte as unlike Chisora Whyte does not have a good chin and Fury will likely hurt him with and flush shot while out boxing him. If Whyte is clearly hurt or tired then Fury should switch to Kronk mode and finish him off.

I'd like whoever is likely to want to make the big fights happen to win. I think Fury is obviously more able to make those big fights bigger but will he be bothered to? I don't dislike Fury I find him funny if not tedious most of the time but it would be some sight on these boards seeing the fanboys meltdown if he did lose.

I agree with you. it would be hilarious if Fury got beat. The mental breakdowns on here would be gold.

Yeah would probably also have a knock on effect with the Wilder fan boys going into meltdown too.

Win - Win - Win. Lol.

Whyte's a fun fighter. He's kill or be killed but i wan't Fury to get in with Usyk and AJ and maybe A.N other before he calls time on his career and don't want that deailing with re matches and trilogies.

I'd hope Fury is in shape has a good injury free camp and then he should be able to box Whyte to the mid rounds and then amp up the output and pressure later in the fighter and stop him between 8 and 12.

If Whyte can pull of the shock full credit to him but he struggled so bad with Del Boy, Ironed out by a shot Povetkin I just can't see it. He's not defensively good enough and his chin has been cracked a few times.

It depends on fury on how whyte does, if tyson Wants to keep him long and just bore through the fight then he wins easily, if he's more aggressive dillian will have his moments.

Dillian doesnt have much to trouble an on the ball fury, as long as fury is fit and focused and doesnt make silly mistakes in there he makes dillian look the ordinary fighter he is.
