    Chad Dawson is much bigger and stronger, and very fast. I think he should be a fairly heavy favorite. I think people would be shocked by the size and strength difference once in the ring.

    Ward on brainpower. Dawson is more talented, bigger and stronger, but is mentally weak and I think Ward would bully him.

    I'm actually really surprised so many people are picking ward.... the difference between these two physically would be overwhelmingly apparent early on... ward simply doesn't have the physical tools to beat dawson imo. If I was ward I would stay at supper middle for all my career, I just don't think he can deal with the light heavies, maybe I'm overstating the physical differences though. I actually think though that dawson could stop ward.

    Dawson way too big for Ward whose a blown up super middleweight compared to Dawson whose a big light heavy.

    I don't get the Dawson being mentally weak stuff, he's lost 1 fight, via technical decision and that cancels beating Tarver twice, Johnson twice, and Ademek?

    at 170, chad all day. ward's good, but chad's better. he would keep ward on the outside with his good jab and catch with some good lefts. if ward gets into the inside, he will wreck chad. but i'm thinking dawson can keep him at distance

    People seem to forget that Ward won the gold medal at Light Heavyweight. He is the type that people underestimate his physical strength until they get in there with him. He dominated and roughed up the strong Kessler, Froch, Abrahams, Biko and Miranda on the inside. It's likely that he may punch with more power at Light heavyweight not having to make super middleweight anymore. I cannot imagine Ward losing to Paschal the way Dawson did. In Ward I am seeing a complete fighter.

    To me it looks like everyone is on the fence with this one. It is a 50/50 dude. Ward is a better counterpuncher than Dawson, so height/reach/power might not matter as much as you think. Speed definetly will.

    Ward would win.. Not own but Ward would find a way,

    Damn a pick'em fight if I ever saw one. My heart says Ward but my brain says Dawson. It could go either way.

    This is a fight Ward has expressed interest in since before the Super Six started back when Chad was still undefeated.

    Ward is too strong mentally for Chad, and wins convincingly as I see it.

    I like both fighters and it would be a close match.. Ward would be stronger and better on the inside, Dawson perhaps with a slight advantage on the outside.. I think Ward would take it. Ward is actually the bigger fighter naturally, he fought at light heavy in the amateurs and Dawson can easily make 168 himself.
