Who Wins at 118: Fernando Montiel vs. Nonito Donaire?

Pick em fight really...people write Montiel off very quickly, just like they did against Hasegewa, and we all saw what happened...But, this would definetly be the toughest fight to date for both fighters.

 

Let's see how Donaire looks at 118. Me reckons he could be solid at this weight div coz he

don't have to drain as much.

 

I'm really not sure......I really like both fighters but this one is really too close to call. Both are amazing fighters. Montiel isn't as naturally talented but has been steamrolling big names while Donaire fights cabdrivers. Tough pick.

 

This will be a FOTY candidate.

 

Also as a fan of both fighters I'll be pissed if the fight doesnt last at least 8 rounds. Crazy thing is, is either fighter could end it.

Both fighters will need to put on a masterful performance in order to win.

I can see this being some mental warfare for a few rounds with Montiel trying to find a way inside Nonitos wheelhouse.
