Someone just brought up Arguello in another thread and it got me thinking could Pryor have beaten Mayweather? It's possible and I think it would be the toughest challenge Floyd has had.

Pryor was a big puncher, and I mean a big puncher. I am not sure PBF would get in the ring to fight him, unfortunately. But, if he did, PBF would have a runner's chance of winning.

Give credit to Arguello, buddy. Pryor knocked out almost all of his opponents. A lot bigger puncher PBF ever dreamed of being. If PBF had a career like Pryor, I wouldn't have a problem with PBF or his fans.

Amen If Floyd were to beat him he'd have to run all night b/c Pryor could end the fight in one exchange.

Pryor is bad for Floyd stylistically.

No one is taking credit from Alexis but less face it Alexis is a SFW. And if Pryor was the big puncher you claim he is why did he take to long to get him out of there? Its not like it was prime Arguello in there with him. PBF's chin is not glass and you based your prediction on Pryor having massive power. Yet he couldnt get pat it Alexis out of there:huh .

"Alot bigger Puncher than PBF dreamed of being" again this is irrelevant and doesnt support your argument.

And What did pryor do that was so great in his career? Answer please

Answer me why PBF is so great in your opinion. Let me guess, he beat Chico? He beat Hatton? By pottshotting, and holding a class B fighter all night? He ran from DLH, and winning an SD? Or was it his Pryor like knockout of Baldomir or Chicken dancer Judah? In fact Judah knocked PBF down, but the ref wanted that myth to live on. Watch Pryor and you will see how destructive this guy was. Arguello was a warrior, too bad he lost.

Mayweather, at 140, would only lose against Chavez and Pryor.

Exposed yourself there. If you cant look at what Floyd has done and say he was a great fighter who accomplished great things than you simply dont know the sport.

The fact the you down grade the fighters he's fought speaks volumes.

So you discredit the chico win even though chico was top 10 p4p and Floyd KTFO chico an in the process didnt lose a round

You discredit the hatton win even though he to was top 10 p4p and champ of the division below. Potshotting and holding all night? Despite Hatton being KTFO and Floyd only dropping a round

You discredit the DLH win even though DLH is an ATG, add to the fact PBF never fought at the weight but still managed to get the victory.

Discredit the Baldo victory becauuse he didnt KO him. Like who has KO'd Baldo? Mind you Baldo was shutout.

Ive watched Pryor and seen how good he is. The fact you say he was a "big and I mean Big puncher" is not true.

Tell me why floyd is not great again?
