Lol I think that's an exaggeration, Miller isn't that slow, but then a lot of his punches are arm punches. Miller's lack of movement would be his biggest issue, he's a huge sitting target and far easier to hit than Foreman was, who had that cross arm guard. Foreman also had a ton of power to keep Morrison from really unloading, Morrison would have nothing to fear from Miller he'd go right at him and blast him out.

We'll see this when Miller does eventually step up. Look what Wach did to him. Wach a big guy didn't back up and Miller looked far less effective with a guy willing to stand his ground and trade back. Wilder, Joshua, Povetkin, Ortiz all KO Miller early. Whyte KO's him too most likely. Breazeale might beat him too as Breazeale like Wach is a big guy but unlike Wach can punch.

Miller also stopped Wach, which is a lot more difficult than stopping Morrison.

Morrison had an underrated career. His record was an impressive 48-3-1 with 42 knockouts. He even managed to beat a few common opponents quicker and more impressively than Tyson. His habits outside of the ring and questionable training habits had a role to play in his loses.
