brook shouldn't even bother with fight like this. he loses, there goes his retirement payday.

look good by fighting some patsy in england next, then take the better offer from floyd or pacquiao.

Rios won't do a lot better than Porter, please man. Porter was trying his best in there against a taller opponent with actual ability that came 99% prepared. Despite that, Porter still made it a close tough fight. Rios won't even make it a close fight, Brook is going to counter him and keep him off all night as Porter charges in face front like the sandbag that he is.

Brook slight favourite and I do mean slight.

I wouldn't advise Brook to fight Rios.

I think Chaves had a lot to do with how Brandon looked in the fight. Much like Abril's dirty tactics took Rios out of his normal fight rhythm so did Chaves. I however thought Brandon looked pretty good considering how Chaves was holding. I had Rios up by 2 at the time of the stoppage. If the fight had went on I have little doubt that Rios would had stopped him.

It looks like Rios may be fighting Cotto at 152.

Rios is a punching bag whether he's facing Pacquiao or whoever. He's a come forward fighter with poor defense. Rios' biggest win to date is Alvarado, Porter beat both Alexander and Malignaggi.

I find it amusing that you and others say this considering that Brandon in over 400 amateur bouts and in all of his pro fights he has never EVER taken a serious beating. Brandon's defense is subtle but it is obvious to those who know boxing. Brandon seldom gets hit cleanly with anything.
