That's incorrect. The defense doesn't have to prove anything. It's up to the prosecution to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. All the defense is doing is trying their best to raise as much reasonable doubt as possible. But again, THEY HAVE NO BURDEN TO PROVE ANYTHING, ESPECIALLY A NEGATIVE.

You're wrong again. O.J was never proven innocent of anything. The prosecution failed to prove his guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. It seems that you don't have a great grasp of the American legal system. Talk to any lawyer. They will explain to you that in a criminal case, all of the burden of proof falls on the prosecution.

No formal investigation will be launched to due the fact that there wasn't and still isn't any probable cause. Even if there was an investigation, you can't prove that Margo didn't cheat. Margo wouldn't even have to prove that he didn't cheat. There would have to be enough evidence brought forth that proved that he DID cheat.

Your logic is very much flawed. Your whole argument basically comes down to the assumption that because he got caught trying to cheat against Mosley that he cheated in all of his previous fights(or at least a good amount of them). That is some very faulty logic there.

You can think what you want, you can state any opinion that you like. However, I also have the right to point out the obvious flaws in your arguments, and there have been many.

Its hard for me to make a fair assesment, I might just reserve judgement until the final week leading up to this bout. I'm leaning towards cotto due to his superior skill set, versitility and polish. One must remember clottey does possess those all important intangibles that become quite relevant once the bell rings...heart, beard, strengh and solid power. One thing I think we can all agree on is the fact that these boys are all willing to take eachother on with no hesitation its a wonderful thing and its why this is such a storied weight class.

Josh is a solid champ, good all around game but he lacks savvy and craft and while he shows good speed his aggression is best portrayed in spurts if you force him out his comfort zone he depreciates and or becomes desperate in his attack hence comprimising his shell defense. The man lacks flow so if he can't get cotto early his chances are slim in getting the nod late.
