I can't believe anyone picked Froch to beat Bute, let alone 50% of voters. Bute is so far above Froch's capabilities it's ridiculous. Have any of you actually seen Bute fight? He's quite good. Froch did himself proud by beating a world class fighter like Taylor, a fantastic achievement. But lets face it if Taylor had just an ounce of killer instinct it would have been over in three rounds. He was landing at will for half the fight. I'm really looking forward to when someone puts an end to this silly Froch hype. IMO Froch loses to all the second tier SMWs: Andrade, Bika, Dirrel, Ward etc. And Bute and Kessler are clearly a class above these guys.

You still haven't learnt yet!!! I suppose when Froch eventually loses, you will say 'SEE!! I TOLD YOU SO FELLAS!!'

I think Froch beats both Bute and Kessler but I can see the argument that he MAY not. As for Andrade,Bika,Dirrell and Ward etc, you're just being silly. Both Taylor and Pascal are far better fighters than those four

This is a very interesting fight. Andrade is a solid fighter and in my opinion Froch is a better version of Andrade.

I still think Bute takes this one though. Itd be a great fight.

I like Froch by knockout. His pressure is going to be a lot more than the pressure of Andrade who did it reckless and would have stopped Bute if he didn't have a home advantage. Froch is a much harder puncher than Andrade, a better boxer and all around more technically sound. I don't think Lucian can take all of that pressure that's coming to him. Both his stamina and chin is in question and Froch has tools and ability to exploit that.

Bute is much more techniical sound than Froch... A faster....

But my heart for sure says Froch, I actually can see Froch stopping Bute late...

Froch is a pressure fighter, but definately not as unhuman as Andrade. But Froch has more heavy hands and is more smart than Andrade.

I think Froch will be beaten up until he surprises with a good combination - with will end up stopping Bute....

Ofcourse if Froch is not able to take the beating for the first 5-6 round he'll not stand a chance - but actually I think his chin is close to Andrade..

How's that?Froch doesn't have the relentless 3 minute pressure/round pressure like Andrade has.Froch let's you think more and reset. If he had Andrade pressure he would have knocked Taylor out sooner.
And Bute's chin and stamina are good. His stamina failed him once at the end.Doesn't mean much.

Andrade was not pressuring Bute for every minute of every round, take a look back. In several of the early rounds, i remember Andrade just being passive and watching the rounds go by and even Nick Charles( show time commentator) stated that Andrade needed to get something going at some point. He would come forward every now and then, but to no effect. When Bute tired out in the later rounds, that was when Andrade started doing his best work. Up until that point, round 6 was the only round he clearly won. Froch pressured Jermaine more than Andrade pressured Bute IMO.

Watch Taylor/Froch and see how Froch even early was making Jermaine fight with high intensity which wore him out later. If Andrade could wear Bute out, so would Froch but even earlier because of Froch's superior technical skills and power. Andrade was making A LOT of mistakes in that fight. Also, i personally would favor Taylor over Andrade( but closely) . He doesn't have the power of Froch or the technical skills. Hes not a counter puncher nor boxer. Hes an extremely durable brawler with limited skills but hes very strong.
