I'm intrigued to see what numbers come up because I don't think many of us think GSP anymore and this is purely a money fight being hyped by the UFC and not the best fighting the best.

Anderson pickes him apart on the feet and his jits aint halv bad only thing GSP got on him is his wrestling but due to his size against Silva im not so sure he will always be able to take him down

Anderson will also dominate in any poll fighting any guy in his weightclass. He is the MW champ and p4p #1 in the world. GSP is the WW champ and p4p top 5. Just because everyone expects Silva to win doesn't mean this fight wouldn't be the best fighting the best. GSP is absolutely a top top fighter.

Anderson would KO him at some point. Probably early.

    GSP by hard fought decision
he will take Silva down each round and GNP' him
Anderson will have succes of his back and GSP's face will be seriously busted up.
Georges has the wrestling ability of Sonnen + he is a lot more agressive when being in the dominant position

I think GSP wins with takedowns until he gets caught by something in the 3 or 4 round.

GSP would be lucky to make it out of the 1st round and even if he did, he would get KO'd in the 2nd.

This would be a very easy fight for Silva.

Why in the hell would people want to watch a much bigger guy fighting a smaller guy. GSP would lose because of his size. The only case I can think of smaller guys completing are Wandy and Fedor..... both where freaks in their prime.

Silva is the favourite, i think that goes without saying

If GSP really wants this fight he should take a fight at MW, with a striker, before he fights Silva, i dont think GSP does want the fight, and i dont think the fight will happen based on that!

Breaking the fight down, it can be simplified as striker vs wrestler, ofcourse both are rounded but thats the nuts and bolts of it.

Can GSP take down, control and pound Silva for 5 rounds or force a stoppage, with out being caught on the feet? its a huge ask!

Can Silva avoid TD's from the premier wrestler in the sport P4P?, can he dominate the stand up? absolutely, can he submit GSP from the bottom?

My feeling is Silva TKO's him at some point in the fight, but ill say this, too many people are looking past St Pierre's wrestling ability, its hardly Aldo vs Mendes, St Pierre is a live threat in this fight
