Don't get me wrong, I respect your opinion, but I respect the experts' more. Copied ALL scores from the 2nd fight's boxrec page:

    • Most boxing experts had Marquez winning over Pacquiao:

    - Brett Conway, MaxBoxing.com:114-113 Marquez
    - Rick Reeno, ***********.com:114-113 Marquez
    - Gary Randall, MaxBoxing.com:114-113 Marquez
    - Bart Barry, 15Rounds.com:115-113 Marquez
    - Bruce McTavish, International Judge:115-112 Marquez
    - Francis Ochoa, Philippine Daily Inquirer:114-113 Marquez
    - Scott Christ, BadLeftHook.com:114-113 Marquez
    - William Detloff, The Ring Magazine:115-113 Marquez
    - Ron Borges, TheSweetScience.com:114-113 Marquez
    - Bert Sugar:Marquez
    - Max Kellerman & Bob Papa:Marquez in both fights
    - Nonito Donaire:114-113 Marquez
    - Filipino Sports Analysts Ronnie Nathanielsz, Recah Trinidad and Ed Picson all picked Marquez.
    - Graham Houston, FightWriter.com also picked Marquez

JCC beats PacMan convincingly IMO, but it's a very interesting fight.

what matters most are those 3 official judges . that's why we have them.:good
we don't live in an "expert world". we live by the rules.

pacman beats JCC in a brutal fashion... just my honest opinion .

Chavez would kick his ass. People disrespect Chavez a lot imo, and i dont understand why. The guy was a beast. To me Chavez was about as formidable as Marvin Hagler. Chavez had an iron jaw,he was good at slipping punches,he had the best placement of a left hook to the body as ive ever seen, and he was RELENTLESS.

If anyone is not sure how good Chavez was in his prime they should watch what he did to Edwin Rosario,Ruben Castillo,Rocky Lockridge. The man was a beast.

Nobody has turned up the heat on Pacquiao like Chavez would of done. Nobody had banged his body like Chavez would of done.

Chavez was not a massive puncher, but he was a punishing puncher like Duran. People need to remember Pernell Whitaker beat Chavez when Chavez was past his best.

Early in his career he probably did, but when he established himself he fought good opposition. Should we discount everything Roy Jones done, because he was fighting nobodys infront of 1 man and his dog in Pensacola?

Haugen said he fought Cab Drivers, its was quite fitting that he should beat the **** out of Haugen.

Harrison comes into these threads, and doesn't even make a prediction.

How does Manny Pacquiao fair against Julio Cesar Chavez zt 135, Harrison?

i dont believe in mythical match up. these match ups tend to favor the old timers and uplift them like a mythical god.

you could go ahead and say that chavez was great... it wont matter.
for a fight that we wont see anyway.

chavez was not a counter puncher like jmm. he likes to go on. if taylor almost busted him, i do see a one bad night for chavez when it comes to pac. of course pac didnt prove much above 130 and 135. it is just hard to argue for two boxers whom we dont know what weight they should be in. pac right now is skilled and with powess. pac have a chance.

Just wanted it to be confirmed, so now everybody who reads your words of wisdom will remember to disregard anything you have to say in the future.

"these match ups tend to favor the old timers"

Not when it concerns Chavez they dont, because he has a lot of haters out there. Chavez is not a counter puncher.............morale of the story is what ? Chavez could still put them things on him regardless, he is bigger stronger, better body puncher, better chin he would tear Pacquiao a new one.

Pacquiao is being vastly overrated. Who couldn't of beaten DLH than night Pacquiao beat him? David Diaz is about as useful a Champion as Gavin Rees was.
