Who wins: Joe Louis vs Joe Frazier

I've always seen this as being a winnable fight for Frazier.
Louis had the superior technical boxing and probably lands the prettier punches throughout .But Frazier's combination of pressure, chin, stamina and that killer left hook is a nightmare matchup for Louis.
It's not an easy fight for Frazier at all (it's fookin Joe Louis!!), but I think he can win.
I'm going to say the Smoke wins ko 12.
And if we're talking Louis of 1938-39 verse Frazier of 1969-71 , then that's about as good as Heavyweight fantasy boxing gets!

 

Hard to pick against Joe Louis. He was so explosive, accurate and in his prime his hands were a blur. Louis could end a fgiht at anytime. One mistake could be costly.
I do think Frazier's style of bobbing and weaving, coming in low, breaking his man down body and then the head could trouble Louis. He may take away Louis's leverage.
Tough matchup, i would expect Frazier to be succesful in hurting Louis and also winnning rounds. Problem is 15 rounds is too long to avoid stepping on a landmine. Joe Louis would square Frazier up at some point and change the fight.

I love both guys but styles its a tough one for Frazier .. very few 200 pounders I pick over Frazier but Louis is one ...
