As soon as a boxer fails a drugs test, there's a question mark over his career from that day forward, whether they sign up to voluntary testing or not. Both Povetkin and Ortiz now have that question mark against their name. I doubt there are many clean HWs anyway and the ones who suddenly bulk up or fought in a lower weight catagory in the amateurs - unless they were particularly young at the time and had not filled out their frame - are the ones I'm most suspicious of.

To be fair the first Povetkin incident was understandable. He'd openly admitted to taking mildronat beforehand, and at that time it wasn't banned. the traces found in Povetkin's sample were miniscule. So I can sort of understand that. It's the SECOND bust that makes me shake my head and think that he's both on juice and a giant dumbass at the same time.

That said our Cuban fan above is severely delusional if he imagines Ortiz getting popped for frickin actual steroids is in any way better than Povetkin getting bust for a heart drug.
