    I pick Valdes by KO. Martin didn't have the best chin and if Bob Armstrong can do it, the Valdes can too IMO

    Martin is described as having the best jab of his era, but he was often relegated to sparring partner duties.Fitz and Ruhlin used him,but neither wanted to fight him despite speculation how he would go against them in a real fight.
    I think I'd give Valdes the edge because of his better durability.
