Who wins:Prime Jose Luis Castillo or Prime Manny Pacquiao at 135

JLC by stoppage... Pac is a great fighter but at 135 a big strong prime Castillo will chop down the smaller guy in Pac.

 

Castillo,too big,strong and it's his birthday today.

 

Castillo was a beast in his prime. Late round KO for Castillo.

 

pac is a natural 122-126 fighter. Castillo is a natural 135 pounder. Castillo easily.

 

this is a great great fight.

Pac's uses his faster handspeed and footwork to control the distance and rack up points to a close UD. Castillo tries to grind him down and has his moments but not enough

 

Castillo's got this, it would be some war though.

 

Im with you Philla. Thats exactly as i see it.
I can imagine the pre Morales Pacuiao getting worn down late but now i think Pac could keep Castillo at range for the majority of the fight.

 

Castillo by 11th round TKO. Both men take punishment but the ref saves Pacman from further punishment.

 

I could c Castillo turning it up late winning a comfortable decision.

 

JLC by UD. JLC's body attack would be the difference. He was a muderous body puncher in his prime, arguablely the best in the sport.

 

Pacquiao by close decision. Pac wouldn't be able to hurt Jose, but he would have enough to gain his respect and keep him at bay. His speed would be the factor. Castillo would have his moments, and could definitely pull off the victory, but I think Pac takes it in a close one.
