    2 of the most overrated fighters ever. i like calzaghe to outwork tarver but i'm not real confident in the outcome. a southpaw stance might have given joe some trouble. we'll never know. in addition to not fighting any great fighters close to their prime, joe never fought any southpaws in his wbo title reign except for sobot.

    How was it not prime Tarver? He was Ring champ and had just beaten Jones in their third fight and before that had his revenge win over Johnson. Yet Hopkins schooled him and Calzaghe beat Hopkins.
    If your refering to Tarver before he beat Jones he was losing first time round to guys like Harding.
    Calzaghe beats him everytime easy
