This would be a 12 round schooling like no other. Dubois has no chance in the ring with Usyk. For hecks sake, look at Dubois last few opponents. Chisora alone would eat them as an appetizer before fighting a top 10 contender.
This does not mean that I think Dubois is a bum, however, he is a prospect. A prospect who is not even as far as a Hrgovic or Ajagba. Don't let Warren's relationship with the WBO and the inflated ranking Dubois has there fool you. Instead look at the quality of opposition Dubois has faced in his last 3-4 fights. That tells you where his handlers think he really is.
I'm not really sold on Usyk at HW. Delboy put it on him early on and he certainly felt it, looked uncomfortable as hell to be honest, complaining to the ref etc etc. Dubois, a different story. If i had to put my man cave on it i would pick Dubois to put it on him early doors, come through a few frustrating middle rounds and put it on him again late on and stop him. Unlike Chisora who faded, Dubois would be completely relentless.
It's actually a good match up. Very little is known about the true extent of Dubois' current level of ability but Usyk is not top level as a Heavyweight. If Dubois can get past Joyce, he should go after Usyk.
Dubois is still far to green to get in there with usyk. Definitely an upcoming talent, usyk isn't going to stand and trade with him. Wouldn't win by ko, would out work and grind out a points win the way he does so well. In a few years when dubois has a little more refinement and experience. Could be a different story, right now think he gets a lesson
