What Angler Andrew said ^ If Wlad is even a shadow of his former self he takes it. The question is about how much Klitschko has left in the tank.

I don't think Wlad is the same fighter as he was before. His jab was missing in his fights with Fury and Jennings, he's 40 years old now, he's ancient for a boxer.

Ortiz is a big strong heavyweight who even against prime Wlad would be dangerous, now I think it's a step too far. If he had the jab of old I could see Wlad winning by controlling the distance behind it and clinching on the inside but now Ortiz stops him.

Ortiz looks a big strong fighter, could really test the whole division once he gets going

The real question is has Wlad's legs gone? For me no, he made many mistakes vs Fury but was saying all the right things in the build up this time round...

I think next time we see Wlad he may be back to near his best which would be too much for Ortiz

If they fought next month, Ortiz. Wlad's visible decline against Jennings and Fury was
    not an anomaly.

Ortiz is no spring chicken. I would even say his claim of being 37 years old is somewhat dubious. I just don't think he has had a real test before though. I think it is a good match up, can see Ortiz trying to bully early but Wlad taking control after the 5th or 6th. I would take Wlad to win on points by maybe 4 rounds.

Too many questions marks going on with Wlad to make a firm prediction. Wlad at his best dispatches of Ortiz quite handily, but if their recent respective performances against Jennings show, Wlad is quite a bit removed from that version. Right now I'd take it as a pretty even 50-50, Ortiz for his power, skill and toughness vs Wlad on his vast experience and superior height and reach.

Ortiz is getting grossly overrated here. %30-40 of a prime Wlad would be enough to pull off a decision against him.

I do think Ortiz is being overrated based off his stoppage of Jennings and Thompson. Jennings was tailor made for him being a smaller fighter that would come right at him and Thompson is so shot even Price could probably beat him now.

I see flaws in Ortiz, he's a guy you don't want to stand in front off and against prime Wlad he'd be dangerous but only really have a punchers chance. But this old Wlad lacks the jab to control range and I doubt he can just move and clinch his way to a decision, though of course Wlad always has a punchers chance himself and could KO Ortiz if he lands cleanly.

I think Wlad's jab will be there. It was Fury's herky-jerky movement and his freakish orangutan reach that neutralized it, which Ortiz doesn't have.

If Ortiz is in shape and focused, he'd beat Wlad at age 40. Two big IF's.
