I only ever seen Porter struggle with past it Alfanso Gomez. If thats his level , Devon will dismantle him one sided.

He also struggled with Julio Diaz and got a gift draw the first time.

All his shine comes from being a former highly valued Pacquiao sparring partner and reportedly having Pac in serious trouble during a few sessions. In the ring his list of accomplishments is very short for how much hype surrounds him. He outclassed "The New Ray Robinson", Anges "When The Going Gets Rough, I Quit!" Adjaho, and Phil "Padded Zero Club Fighter" Lo Greco. Those are his best victories after Diaz II and Gomez. Clearly his ceiling of effectiveness is below the elite tier...which Alexander is just about on. (higher than Gomez & Diaz, anyway)

Is this a HBO main event? Not the best opponent if it is considering how many guys they denied Ward.

Probably Alexander wins though Porter's bulldog aggressiveness could make life difficult for Devon if he can't get Porter's respect early. Porter is terrible defensively, but he has quick hands, is physically strong, and has shown a willingness to eat a few shots to deliver his own. If Devon attempts his powderpuff punch routine, he could be in for a long night.
