    i say ottke wins on points both of them fought around the same time and both had good chins but ottke fought the better fighters before he retired but after he retired calzaghe grow some balls and started to fight good fighters

    I think hes being sarcastic, suggesting that Calzaghe never went to the states earlier and took a chance, suggesting that Calzaghe fought more tomatoe cans than anybody else in the modern era .... I'd agree with that but i wouldnt agree that Sven Ottke beats him

    Sucks they couldn't get a fight made, because both were simultaneously setting SMW title defense records (at the same damned time), and did not face off for superemacy.

    Joe would have rocked Ottke's world, IMO.

    if you beleive that then you must beleive in the tooth fairy (yes i stole that line from undisiputed) calzaghe by early KO dont get me wrong im not a meag calzaghe fan but jesus anybody with eyes can see ottke is one of the most overated fighters in recent history stupid thread :hi:

    i agree ottke would win on points.......in germany, if he had the same judges he got a gift against Reid with. If calzaghe sparked him out( I know, unlikely) it would be a draw im imagining.
