I'm not trolling at all mate. Mitchell is my favourite fighter, so it's not real surprise I'm picking him. He has good power, good speed, sharp accurate punches, and can work the body well. Burns should and will be the favourite, but I think Mitchell will negate the jab, and when burns begins to coast (which he always does), Mitchell will step up the pressure and knock him out.
It was most definitely an accumulation IMO. Murray was being battered in the last minute of the 6th as he eyes were swollen shut. By the end of the 7th Mitchell almost took him out and the writing was on the wall. I'm not even sure Joe should have let him out for the 8th, but Kev landed a cracking shot and it was game over.
Yeah i agree on that mate, i worded my post wrong i meant to say do you see a accumlative stoppage for Mitchell against Burns?.
Sorry mate. Yeah I can't see Mitchell taking him out with one blow. He doesn't hit THAT hard IMO. But if he gets the left hook off and follows it with the right, I have no doubt burns will be in trouble. My only concern is that burns is a rather good spoiler, and he may survive an onslaught with his holding. Obviously I hope I'm wrong and that Burns goes down in the first round
I dont see no stoppage........though that depends if its in London and Burns dosent reply to 3 punches and the ref fires in.......if the fight is defo on. The trolling term......as i have just been told means.....proper annoying etc......didnt know this.....wrong use of word there....apologies. Anyways.... Ayes fair dooz....Mitchell on his game will be dangerous....no doubting that......and i dont see it being the walk in the park for Burns that people expect it to be either.....if its on. Just dont see the same outcome.
Chisora-Price: Chisora decision or stoppage depending on how Price's whiskers hold up. Maccaranelli-Cleverly: Cleverly stoppage. Degale-Anderson: Degale stoppage with a few oohs and ahhs along the way. Barker-Macklin: Macklin decision. Mitchell-Burns: Burns decision.
