I don't know. Cotto is the type of fighter that Mayweather LOVES to fight: a slow moving, plodder, coming forward and open to be countered.

I think Hatton probably has the best chance of the group to beat Mayweather. I wouldn't bet on that one, but I would give Mayweather better odds against a Cotto than a pressure fighter like Hatton.

Not positive about any of them other than Malinaggi getting beat up by all...

Mosley beats Floyd, close. Shane lands the big punches.. and all of Floyds smiling when he gets hit will not be enough.
Mosley beats Hatton in a war.
Floyd points The Hitman unless he gets brave and trades..
Cotto Mosley, cant call it. Love to see the battle though.

Sounds about right to me. I tihnk Mayweather will points Hatton and hopefully get in with Mosley. It will be one of most anticipated fights never made if it doesn't happen. Two geniuses of boxing at the same weight should not be allowed to avoid each other like this.

So why is Mayweather running from Mosley if the consensus is he'd win?

Slow moving? Maybe because he doesnt have much upper body movement people say this but Cotto has some of the best footwork in boxing. He is no plodder either. He has quick feet and is constantly moving. That is why he is always in position to throw his punches. And why he never gets dropped when hit with a big shot

agree with the first part. It's not like he's a sloth, but he's an easy target for mayweather. As for the second part, disagree. Mosley has the best chance to beat mayweather because of speed, size, power and accuracy.

-mayweather UD over mosley due to speed, smarts and good defense.
-mosley UD over hatton. skill, speed and the power to make hatton think twice about rushing in.
    -mayweather UD over hatton. outclassed...
-probably the hardest to call but mosley UD over cotto - very close, but mosley's speed and decent power don't allow cotto to bang inside all night.
-cotto UD over hatton. outclassed, outwilled and overpowered.
-hatton KO malignaggi in the 10th. Malignaggi boxes well, but as he tires, hatton's pressure becomes more effective and eventually overwhelming. n'dou was a swarmer but not nearly as fast, agile or crafty as hatton.
