Who wins these Heavyweight matchups?

Would Fury be 6'9" if Usyk layed him flat on the canvas?

 

Usyk- Fury is past his best.
Bakole- Will edge this one and has operated at a higher level.
Makhmudov- Joyce won’t be the same fighter after those two KO losses

First to too quick for opponents and third pair must be judge like that after Joyce last 2 fights.

The fact people are having wildly different predictions shows these are hard ones to call and stylistically are all intriguing fights. I can see arguments for either guy in all of these fights.

 

Fury vs Usyk - Fury W TKO6

I think a Fury wins that one if he comes in shape. Fury has been in the hole before and climbed out of it.

Against Klitschko he was the underdog but won.

Then he went into that depression and got waaaayyyy out of shape and got back from that. Fighting Wilder to a draw and then bludgeoning Wilder in the rematch. Both times I did think Fury would actually lose but he didn’t.

Now he had a bad performance against Ngannou but I expect him to turn it around before the Usyk fight.

Also Fury has absolutely destroyed guys that others had real fights with. Just one sided beatings. Like Chisora and Whyte. I know he catches them at different times but still. And for all the talk nobody else has dared to fight Wilder.

Fury dwarves big guys like Chisora, White, Schwarz etc. he will look massive next to Usyk in the ring.

Yes Fury got dropped by Cunningham but really he was clowning around until that happened. When he got serious he just walked him down.

I am not saying it’s 100% guaranteed he is going to win. But I will not be surprised when Fury wins it actually doesn’t even look all that competitive.


Bakole vs Sanchez: Bakole W UD

50/50 fight really. I feel like Sanchez can be mentally broken. Just a gut feeling. Also Sanchez has been hurt by C level fighters.He does fight back when hurt though.

Then again Bakole has lost to Hunter and Sanchez is a crafty guy.

I think it will be a UD. I don’t think one guy will dominate enough to get the stoppage.


Joyce vs Makhmudov - Makhmudov W UD

I don’t think Makhmudov is a better fighter then Joyce. I just think Joyce is on a bad streak getting passed for a title shot in favor of Dubois and then losing back to back against Zhang.

Makhmudov is on the up. I think it will be an ugly fight with a lot of clinching and rough tactics. I think Makhmudov will just have more mental fortitude at this point and win the fight. But he won’t have the finesse to put Joyce away who got a strong chin.
