There are a lot of similarities to how Calderon and Floyd approach their opponents. They both got strong legs to move and both like to hit only when their opponents are exposed. Floyd can as we know throw in the shoulder roll vs a fighter that pressures him, And Calderon just ducks under and moves every single time. If these guys fought each other in a mythical fight Floyd would never use his shoulder roll on the ropes because he'd be the one trying to do the attacking...Calderon would never press the fight. Opposites attract and these guys have too many similarities and when they get in that ring they will clash and repel. I don't think it would make for a great fight, They'd be quick firing at each other at openings for 12 rounds and who ever lands per round would win....
Calderon is 5 feet tall and weighs under 110 pounds. Floyd is 5'8 and weighs around 150 pounds. Hmmmm? If you mean in a P4P sense, Floyd, he's far more versatile.
In a p4p sense, this is the type of fighter i would like to see Floyd fight, just because i would like to see if he could still win against a top class boxer rather than someone who will come right at him like usual. Floyd may beat them anyway, beat im just curious and have been for a long time.
