Garcia is elite but I think Gamboa would take it. If Gamboa doesn't shine, it is because, like Rigondeaux or Lara, he just does what's needed to win. Put it in front of a top opponent, he'll show at the top of his game when the bell rings.
Its got to be Garcia for me height and reach advantage ,plus a higher KO average and he has the best part 6 years youth on Gamboa , he wins this one within the distance
I have to agree. Gamboa always finds a way to win. I think skill and talent wise Gamboa is a level above, but since his time off and lack of ambition i think Garcia has all the tools to derail the old highly hyped Cuban machine. If Gamboa was back to his old self then i pick him above anybody. But right now, its a difficult call.
