Who wins: Tyson vs Povetkin in a war

Mike Tyson. Much better on the inside, much heavier punches.

 

Another Povetkin thread...damn!

Tyson Fury beats him all day.

 

If we are talking Mike Tyson, they Tyson KO's him in a slugfest.

Tyson does everything Povetkin does better. His head movement is better, his hands faster, hits harder. Tyson's upper cut would likely be the shot that undoes Povetkin.

However the real prime Mike Tyson from 85-89 would win via KO

 

Mike Tyson is the most overrated 'heavyweight' of all time. Got absolutely demolished by bums like Danny Williams and journeymen like Kevin McBride. In fact, Danny Williams literally walked through Mike Tyson's multiple hardest punches without even going down once and whilst barely even flinching. And Mike Tyson ended up injuring himself, rather than inflicting any significant damage on his opponent because of how pathetically feather fisted his punches and weak / powerless his body was, when he was trying to put maximum power into his shots.

Povetkin at least holds no losses to clowns like Danny Williams and Kevin McBride or Buster Douglas. Therefore, Povetkin pretty much demolishes Mike Tyson and I say that as someone who doesn't even rate Povetkin that highly as a legit 'heavyweight'.

'Prime' Mike Tyson is a myth. And Buster Douglas exposed that myth. Just like how a bum like Danny Williams exposed Mike Tyson to be an insane feather fist of astronomical proportions. Considering Povetkin has taken harder punches, I doubt he would even feel a feather fisted puncher like Mike Tyson when those same punches bounced off the body of Danny Williams with practically 0 effect.

 

Iron Mike Tyson beats this man within an inch of his life...Tyson Fury also beats him but he doesn't shorten his life he just wins a wide UD.
