Prime Tszyu one of the best fundamental fighters I've ever seen. Cotto at 140 I think was more of a banger, but put punches together beautifully. I honestly cannot choose in this one.

Tzsyu stops him late, and Cotto, pre-Margarito was great.

KT stops him. Prime Cotto's an awesome fighter, but he's not on KT's level.

Tzsyu's right hand would have found Cotto at some point.

:think I think so too. Both very strong and both adept at fighting larger opponents. I can see Cotto being the more active, but KT would humble him with that right and sneaky left hook he had. Both liked to stand in front of their opponents, but Cotto liked to use angles more. I can see KT dropping Cotto, but not keeping him there. I also like Cotto's chances of a stoppage, but I wouldn't rule out a draw, Cotto being the more active, while Tszyu landing the cleaner shots.

I cant decide. Tszu was a lazer puncher with power that would equal the likes of Torres @140. Cotto similar to Hatton had great body punching @ 140 and was more aggresive. I could see Tszu putting Cotto in danger several times in the fight possibly even ending it. I could see the same with Cotto being aggressive and not giving Tszu any space and controlling the pace. I have to think about this.

Tszyu was on his feet against Phillips and old and rusty against Hatton.

What makes you think Cotto can stop him - i see no reason to think Tszyu isnt smiling and on his feet after 12 rounds

Tszyu stopped guys just as tough as Cotto. Would be good for about 7 rounds though.

cotto's my boy and this would be a hell of a fight, but i'm sure tzsyu catches him with enough right hands to T/KO him in the later rounds. this fight could really go either way though.

the game changer here is that cotto doesn't clinch. that would be disastrous for him in this fight.
