Who wll rule 2009?

Margarito could own 2009 as he did 2008 with a win over Mosley, another win over Cotto, and perhaps a win over Williams. I know it's a tall order but he is capable of it.

 

If JuanMa can beat Izzy,Caballero, and maybe Marquez as well, he makes a very strong case for fighter of the year 2009. So many great matchups out there let's hope they get made.

 

After Donaire gets through Montiel, I hope he unifies with darchinyan in a rematch cuz once that happens, The Flash will become the undisputed champion and he'd be on the top of the world... That's if the chipmunk Darchinyan is man enough to face the only man to **** him.

Cotto will destroy Jennings for the title, avenge his loss to Margo in a decision, and then knock out a quality opponent at the end of the year to win fighter of the year.

I can't really envision what Manny will do this year so its hard to say. I definately think he beats Hatton.

Donaire, Darchinyan, or Montiel could be set to have a big year too, considering they are fighting early in the year, which is always a good thing.

 

If he keeps knocking guys out in the first he can fight 10 times this year.:yep

 

I think all eyes will be on David Haye this year for the sake of the Heavyweight division. Whether he lives up to the hype or FLOPS is up to him.

I think we Margarito will have a great year, and so will Pacman. I think both fighters have big fights up ahead and i hope they will win there fights. I think It is time to go out with the old and in with the New. Last year we finally got rid of Oscar (Lets hope), and maybe Mosley will go bye bye along with Roy Jones and Bernard Hopkins. I am fans of Hopkins, Mosley, Jones, and DLH but i think the younger newer guys need there time to shine this year.

So hats off to Haye, Pacman, and Margarito.
