Effective Aggression Defense Ring Generalship Clean and Hard Punching The only one of these four you could remotely argue that Helenius won in some rounds is "Clean and Hard Punching". Defense = Shutout Chisora Ring Generalship = Shutout Chisora Effective Aggression = Maybe a few rounds to Helenius Too me, this is one of the most obvious robberies in the past few years. I had a hard time giving Helenius a round, although I did manage to give him 2. I could see 3 maybe but that's a stretch.
Was not home to see the fight, I'll try to catch the reply online somewhere. But is the robbery of Chisora considered because of how good his performance was or the lack of Helenius's? And to all the people that made a big deal about Wlad choosing Chisora last December, does his effort tonight make you think differently? Especially when considering Helenius's rankings and previous accomplishments
All in all Helenius lost the fight, but it does not mean he's gone. He just needs to learn to fight tall, be klitschko like, be smart. I hope he learns from this fight, but then again maybe he's not better then this, not the next one but just one of the lost one's..
Chisora really gave a good performance . The comentators gave him so many compliments. Complete different from the Fury fight.
Even Boxnations scoring was terrible to have Chisora one round up. Helenius looked awfull. This was a clear Chisora win and I am not a fan of his.
Chisora got a bad deal. In retrospect it is not the worst thing for his future. Chisora now becomes a major fighter of sorts in the division. The worst thing is endureing the lunacy from ESB's Brittard calvacade of sundry weirdos.
By the way, if we want to talk about national bias then why did most think Helenius would stop Chisora? If people are biased towards Chisora, they'd have said "He'll win the fight" but the clear majority didn't, they went with Helenius.
Chisora looked better than I've ever seen him and Helenius looked worse. It was a combination really. The fight wasn't even close 10-2 Chisora, maybe 9-3 Chisora. After the first two rounds, Helenius did not do much of anything. Chisora was the obvious aggressor the entire fight.
It does mean that Chisora will likely have to go back to Finland rather than have a rematch in Britain or progress with his career in Britain. Why should Chisora have to go back there? He shouldn't have to but he will.
