All the good judges scored it narrowly to Parker.

The not so good ones had it a draw.

If your opinion doesn't fit into one of those two categories, it's irrelevant.

I had it a draw, but I could see 115-113 Parker as well.
Pretty sure they'd have given it to Ruiz if it had happened in the US though.

True. I am still disappointed that he chose the WBO belt over Joshua. I think Fury is going to snatch that belt from him.
I hope Parker is one of those fighters who become better once they have a belt around their waist.

I remember it as Parker trying to fight toe to toe and getting his ass kicked, so he gave up and fought off the back foot, like he did against Takam, and won pretty clearly.

He won the fight, but he showed he's ****ed if he ever goes against someone good and tall.

70/30 split or something like that in favour of Joshua. Somebody else got offered $200k to fight Joshua. Team Parker would have to be dumb to accept peanuts for a title fight. They chose a smarter path - pick up a title, go back and ask for 50/50.

Almost backfired with Ruiz, and i feel Fury will get the job done. Financially it´s still a gamble that paid off, but all in all it´s a disappointing outcome for a fan.
Boxing is always marinating fights, and too often they fail to come through.

You probably dont watch him much as he seems to get knock out victories against taller opponents.

Kind of agree with your assessment of the Ruiz fight. Just dont remember seeing him getting his ass kicked standing toe to toe. He got tagged but wasnt wobbled or anything.

Hearn made it 70/30. He wouldnt adjust.

Possibly to protect his own fighter. Likely figured Parker would go for the WBO.

He wasn't getting wobbled, but he was repeatedly on the losing side.

And I said "good and tall." His tall opponents have sucked so far. Dimitrenko and Meehan were garbage.

    Hopefully we see Parker/Joshua soon.
