Who won Pacquiao-Marquez 2

Had it 114-113 for Pacquiao, though I won't argue with someone who had it close for Marquez.

tbh, I haven't really watched it since the first showing. It's in my Pac collection, I'll get round to it.

funny how people also forget a judging error handed marquez the draw in the first fight...one judge scored it 10-7 when he got knocked down 3 times instead of what it should have been 10-6

 

115-112 Marquez...Roach said afterwards, he thought going into round 12 they needed a KO to win...Manny lost that fight...

Close fight but the right guy won.

 

114-113 Marquez.

Close, but relatively easy to score.

 

Marquez won the 2nd in IMHO, but in fairness, I thought Manny won the 1st bout.

Also had Marquez 113-112 in the first (8-4 with the 3 knockdowns)

 

That's the way I feel too...I gave the first fight to Pacquiao....

What is ironic about these 2 fights.....is in the first fight...Marquez schooled pacquiao after the first round...that is technically the worst fight manny pacquiao fought against elite competition.....but the 3 KD's in the first round was enough to get him the win, but he was total **** after that round

In the second fight technically Manny was much better...and it had a good flow to it....I thought Marquez won the second fight quite clear....Its just interesting that Pacquiao fought worse in the won that he realistically won being the first fight, and fought better in the second fight he should have lost...Even Donaire had it for Marquez

 

Pac...With the kd being the difference on the scorecards...

 

A draw. I think Manny could have edged it but Marquez was just too damn tough in this fight hence a draw for me is the best result. Leading inevitably toward a third and final encounter.
