Who won Round 12 Taylor vs Wright

I had Winky winning until 1 minute left in the round where Jermain throws some combos and Winky just covers up. Agree with the HBO crew, Winky gave the round away.

I think I had Taylor winning this fight by 2 points.

It was a close round. I'd say it was a 10-10 round or a Wright round.

What kind of weird logic is this by some people? winky won round 12, you cant say taylor won round 12 cause he threw a combo that hardly landed when winky won the first 2 minutes, most fo the shots were blocked, winky won the round.

 

Winky won the round by virtue of being the only one actually landing punches, but it was dumb of him to fight in that manner at that point in the fight.

 

Taylor won the round and the fight. You dont challenge for a title and spend round 12 on defence.

 

I dont get that, if you land more clean punches you win the round, being champion/hometown guy shouldnt matter.
If fighter a throws 50 punches and lands 1 does he deserve the round more than the B who lands 12 out of 25 just because he threw more or was champion.
