I had it 114-113 Cotto.... maybe even a draw and if Clottey won it would be only by one point..

IMO its pick your poison the last few rounds you can say clottey didnt throw enough but he still landed the better shots in 10 and 11 and cotto was on his bike. Its not even as if cottos movement was effective because he wasnt setting anything up with it. I gave clottey 10 and 11 and cotto 12

Cotto won by close points decision b.c. he gave too much spaces for Clottey to punch back at him and Clottey lost, having won the 10th and 11th, because he simply didn't go fully for it when Cotto was on the back pedall. Clottey said he didn't punch more because he was careful about Cotto and taking his time...Well, time run out for him.

Watched it 4x still got Cotto close but clear 114-113. I love how fans become all self rightous and play out these conspiracy theories that favor their predetermined winner. The same can be said for those who felt Cotto would dominate, since he did not now he's lost something persay. Fact is when your fighting the best in your division you will have these closely judged fights, fights that are based on perspective rahter then tangibility. The level of fighters mixed into this equation caused for an extremely chippy bout. Though punch stat records showed a substaintial difference in punches landed, I found it quite in accurrate. Much respect to both fighters its unfortunate there are few fans that actually overstand the sport but judging by the poll we still have a good majority of watchers that know how to dissect a fight. Much luv to ya.
