Who won the fight, Kambosos Jr. or Hughes?

It was $39 AUD on ppv and so i purchased the inoue vs fulton fight instead which is cheaper price at $29 AUD much better value for money.Kambosos is not exciting to watch his career is all but done over red rover.I wonder how much was sold for Kambo fight i would assume not much.

 

If you notice the two brothers that practically run boxing in Oklahoma The Ritter brothers were referee & judge in this fight. Okla is nearly as bad as Vegas for these results. I remember many years ago going up !-35 to Moore Okla with Paulie Ayala when he was on his way up. Man it was scarey The guy Paulie was fighting had obviously not tried to make weight & came in to try to derail Paulie. You name it this guy did it he was like a smaller Andre Ward. Ref ignored it all I heard the corner tell Paulie put him away Paulie but don't foul him back they'll DQ you Paulie turned it on & it was all over. We said were surprised they didn't let Paulies opponent hit him with his stool LOL That didn't go down too well lol

 

Well put it this way...they tried to hide the robbery BUT WE KNOW BETTER because we SAW IT.

 

I just don't get the value of giving Kambosis such a gift decision. He's a one-night wonder who is getting repeatedly exposed. It's not like there are some great paydays awaiting for he or his promoter or the networks who broadcast his next bout.

I had it for Maxi by 9 round to 3. I was so sure about the decision I turned off the broadcast immediately after the fight and only read about it this morning.

 

That fight wasn’t close, Hughes dominated. Kambosos sucks but he’s the bigger name and they want to milk him for more money. I hope he gets brutally sparked out in his next fight. Another bad decision like the Loma/Haney fight. Wrong guy got his armed raised at the end. Boxing has terminal cancer.

furthermore to that - clearly Top Rank on ESPN is the worst platform worldwide for robberies, and promoter bias. Hands down.

LOL. Boxing is such a joke. And you wonder WHY it has become a fringe sport? Because the wrong guy keeps winning and there is no accountability.

 

Kambosos had fought one other southpaw in his professional career and for a total of less than 6 rounds and it sure showed against Hughes.

Kambosos couldn't even get the basics of fighting a southpaw right. He didn't try and keep his front foot outside Hughes' front foot and continually moved in the direction of Hughes' power hand, not away from it.

His left hook, usually a key weapon against a southpaw, was non existent and nearly every time he tried to land a right hand he was too far away, too slow or both.

 

I had absolutely no desire to see this fight but I'm seeing scores that have a guy that I've never even heard (being facetious) of winning 10-11 rounds over Kambosos and still losing? This must've been a horrendous robbery.
