Who won: Valuev or Ruiz

    I missed it and there seems to be controversy. The fight was also a spit decision. I´d like to know what posters here think.

    115-113 Ruiz; not a robbery but the wide scores like 116-111 is shameful. close fight that ruiz landed the more telling shots.

    Do u feel that? those vibrations are from valuev running away from the ass kicking wlad would most certainly give him :yep

    Well, from what I´m hearing Valuev certainly failed to get a dominant win or give Ruiz a schooling. We need someone to do exactly that or we´ll never be rid of Ruiz and his claims of being mistreated and cheated. Throw Ruiz in there with Wlad and he´ll get his.

    we definitely need one of the klits to erase this bum (valuev) from the landscape as he always has a shot versus any guy a foot shorter and a 100 lbs less

    I am pretty shocked to see people voting for Ruiz. No idea what they were watching. Valuev landed a jab he has begun to double up, almost at will. A clear win.

    115-113 Valuev, and no way I can understand anyone scoring this for Ruiz, nearly all of Valuev's rounds were won by a clear margin, going into round 10 Ruiz was far behind but caught up with a good effort in the final 3 rounds plus the point deduction to Valuev. Some serious nutters on this site screaming robbery though I knew they were setting it up in the round by round when they had Ruiz up 6-0 or some bollocks.

    Veluev won, but that is not the source of the controversy. You have the group of Valuev haters who vote for Ruiz and the group of Ruiz haters that vote for Valuev plus the group of objective voters who vote for Valuev because he actually won. So 2 out of 3 vote for Valuev and you get the 66%/33% spilt you're seeing here.

    no way dude. ruiz landed the harder punches. he rocked valuev several times and landed good body shots. most of the rounds were very close and we all knew which way they would be scored. valuev couldn't get anything going except the jab for a few rounds.

    valuev should have lost 2 or 3 pts for holding and ruiz awarded a kd in round 2. no robbery but imo ruiz was the winner. and it was Valuev holding on for dear life at the end. I thought Ruiz should have used the lead right more. it was finding it's mark quite well. Good blue print for whoever gets him next
