Zhang's chin is leagues above Fury's.

He is a good boxer but do we have evidence of him not being completely exhausted after about 6 rounds? He hardly won a round in the second half against Hrgovic or Forrest just due to sheer lack of output.

Wilder can only throw bombs if he has room.

If Zhang comes forward and crowds him, he takes away Wilder's best (only) weapon.

And then, yes...jabs, straights, hooks, uppercuts...

I'm not saying Wilder can't land the big one on Zhang, but i's far from certain.

And I'm not sure Wilder's big one is as big as everyone seems to believe.

It worked well against low level opposition, but Fury took it more than once and lived to fight on. And win.

Yep can’t excuse the poor stamina. Zhang was still class tonight though.

Much like Joyce, Fury's only chance is Zhang gassing or home cooking. As for Wilder, Zhang demolishes him. He doesn't wildly chase him and leave himself wide open like Helenius.

I'd love to see any hw fight with two live bodies. Only happens a few times a year.

Zhang said it best, Joyce made a mistake picking him.

Joyce never moves his head. Even his corner tried to overcome this by telling him to be busy, but if you don't move your head, Zhang will remove it from your neck. This was a horrible matchup for Joyce and a great matchup for Zhang.

Nah, Zhang has much faster and heavier hands, better defence and a better jab. Wilder has an even poorer balance than Joyce nd the same zero head movement. Zhang would batter him just like he battered Joyce tonight.

And Zhang is all wrong for Wilder, one of them Chinese nukes lands and its night night and Zhang has proven to have a granite chin

Wilder is 10 times better at avoiding shots than Joyce. Joyce is completely useless in that regard.

Just going from the current top guys according to The Ring.

    C) Usyk - Usyk easily beats him to a decision. Zhang's best hope would probably be to get a TKO through a cut, which isn't impossible given how his face looked after the first AJ fight but eh, I don't give it a big chance.

    1) Fury - Wilder 3 Fury could very well be knocked down and maybe even gets stopped if Zhang is composed enough to finish him. Hell I even see the current version of him going down, but I don't give it a big chance of happening and honestly, both versions probably go on to easily outpoint him even if dropped.

    2) Wilder - I see this as kinda 50/50. Depends on who lands that first big bomb. I'd probably back Zhang in this one, because I think he possesses the ability to take Wilder's one weapon away from him.

    3) AJ - The AJ we saw fighting Franklin probably gets hurt, but if he's able to survive he's probably able to outpoint him.

    5) Ruiz - Given his last performance against Ortiz, this is actually a fight I see Zhang winning on points, if not by a knockout.

    6) Ortiz - Again, going from the last performance, Zhang knocks him right the **** out.

    7) Whyte - Easy KO for Zhang.

    8) Parker - I haven't seen a ton of his efforts, but I actually think if he survives the early rounds, he could outpoint Zhang. But I think Zhang could stop him.

    9) Hrgovic - 50/50 based off their last fight. Again, if Zhang can stop him it's his, but if it goes on too long we'll prolly see what happened last time.

    10) Sanchez - I've only seen this guy fight once on the Wilder-Fury 3 undercard so any prediction I make here would be me talking out of my ass.

Basically, the plan against Zhang should be to try and weather the storm to outpoint him, but it's a hell of a storm.

Also I'll just throw this in here, I think he could beat Jared Anderson because we haven't seen him against any hard punchers so his chin is untested, and he lets himself get hit waaay too much. Tonight proved what a hard puncher Zhang is; you don't wanna let too many of those hit you flush. And he's not ranked anymore but he destroys Tony Yoka. Like I said in another thread: Zhang by round one murder. I say Zhang probably KO's Chisora as well, and Dubois probably gets his eye ****ed up again.
