Tommy Farr just dosent cut it on the head to basis in my view. For Fitzsimmons no one has seen any footage of him so how can you say he is better head to head? Such a different time period. Not only that, but the 1930s footage is barely watch-able compared today.

I've seen Fitz win the World Heavyweight title.

Haye is one of the poorer H2H IMO. In Bruno's era he'd do far worse than Frank.

No probs, hey make a top ten list?

Anyhow if anyone is interested...Farr makes a good fight against Louis.

Also totally forgot about Audley, just blanked my mind. I suppose in a true sense, the UK cant really make a concreate top 10, but guys like Hide, Akinwande wernt bad fighters...again they lost to all time greats.

Hide lost to Bowe and Klitshcko....Hide 6'1 1/2 and 210-220 had lovely speed and power, just coudlnt take a punch.

Akinwande was more talented than Audley but suffered the same fragile mentality.

  9. I agree.

In the 1990's I doubt Haye would have moved up to HW to be honest.

[Not another insult, just the way I see it]

Just like Hatton wouldn't have gone near Tommy Hearns.

Morrison was a better fighter than Haye (IMO) and look how he got on.

Morrison was certainly the heavier puncher and better finisher :yep

Tommy was a good fighter and if he wasnt so gung ho would not have lost to Bennt, losing to prime Mercer and Lewis isnt anything to laugh at as most fighters would have suffered the same fate.
