    Sam Peter was HW version of Jeff Lacy.
    Calzaghe slapped Lacy silly and past prime Jones Jr clowned him while talking to the the ring announcers.

    Going life and death with Peter is inexcusable. Peters level was brutally exposed by Vitali , Toney , Chambers, shot McCline on short notice and Helenius.

    Lewis would be aware of the fact he also has a long jab and Wlads lack of close range punches. He'd be very stupid to get in the backfoot and give Wlad more time and room.

    I would also add Sanders tbf. Can't completely ignore the way he blew Wlad out like that.

    Still waiting for you to answer how would you have felt last night if you'd skipped breakfast yesterday morning?

    I actually didn't think Lewis looked too impressive for his standards in the 2nd Holyfield fight. In the first fight thought he was excellent.

    Wlad was more focused than Lewis and kept shape better but Lennox had the ability to turn the fight into a dog fight and was more versatile. Neither wants to take bombs from the other of course.

    They are both freight trains, but Lewis had actual courage in him to go forward, especially against big strong HWs. Regardless of who wins Wlad will be the one on back-foot, not Lewis.

    Why are people acting like Peter 1 was Wlad's peak? It wasn't long after he had been ko'd by Brewster/Sanders, hell 2 fights before Touch of Sleep had him down too. Vitali had to be removed from camp because he thought Wlad would be ko'd and was trying to convince him to not to take the fight.

    Wlad obviously improved under Steward and became more punch perfect and risked less to ensure he wasn't stopped again and he wasn't until he was 40.

    Just compare Peter 1 to Peter 2 - it's night and day in ring generalship. By the stage Peter, Haye, Povetkin, Chagaev couldn't land on him hardly. Actually between Byrd and Fury he barely lost a round.

    WTF…??

    Lol Wow… :rolleyes::facepalm::facepalm:

    This is about 2011 Wlad. As said in the thread title…?

    And how many times did Sam Peter have Wlad down in their rematch again???? lol :lol::lol::lol::lol:

    Anyway… 2011 Wlad is one of the most dominant HW’s in history. And one of the most powerful punchers ever.

    ****ing buddy mcgirt :lol::lol::facepalm::facepalm::facepalm:

    “Mike Tyson woulda put the heat on his ass doe!! He’d have beat Wladimir!!”

    LMAO :D More wishful thinking from a usual suspect. Fact is… Mike tried to put heat on guys with good jabs and reach and failed to just BULLDOZE them like many love to dream about Mike doing to prime Wlad.

    Wladimir is a WAY better boxer than Buster, Green or Tucker were. Wlad had a better jab too and DEFINITELY hit harder. After a few nasty straight right hands and lead left hooks with hand speed like he had… Mike will have the fight knocked out of him within the first couple rounds. lol Not to mention that 82 inch reach Wlad had and 6’6 range ;)

    Mike would TRY to put heat on Wladimir for a couple rounds but prime Wladimir isn’t ****ing Trevor Berbick or 209lb Spinks :rolleyes:

    I don't see Jimmy Young troubling Wlad either.
