Who would deserve fighter of the year more?

    Victor Ortiz if he defeats Floyd?

    Or

    Bernard Hopkins if he defeats Dawson?

    Both Golden Boy fighters

    I would have to give it to Hopkins.

    maybe Erik Morales if he beats Matthyse ?

    people will love his comeback story despite him losing against Maidana and more than likely he's gonna lose to Matthyse.

    Contenders so far:

    Hopkins over Pascal and if he beats Dawson

    Donaire over Montiel and if he beats Navarez

    Morales loss over Maidana (split and disputed by some) and if he beats Matthysee and possible fight in December with Khan (maybe off now)

    Ortiz over Berto and if he beats Mayweather

    Salido over Lopez, Yamaguchi and if he beats Lopez again.

    Froch over Johnson and if he beats Ward

    Ward over Abraham and if he beats Froch

    Marquez over Ramos and if he beats Pacquiao

    Klitschko over Haye and if/who he fights again this year

    Khan over McClosky, Judah and depending who he fights in December

    I expect it to be down to BHop/Donire and Froch or Ward by the end of the year though

    Nah if he even loses but looks good against Mattyhese it wouldnt surprise me if they gave him Comeback Fighter of The Year.
