Who would get under each others skin more? Muhammad Ali or Tyson Fury?

Thing with Ali, is so many people respected and liked him.

I think if a Ali-Fury fight was brewing, Fury would make tongue in cheek insults at Ali, but in a respectful and fun way. Not like he is with cold stare Wlad. Imagine an agitated Fury being mean to Ali in a room full of reporters, it's just hard to visualize. Ali's aura was too great for that.

If Fury somehow got under Ali's skin, it's because that was the right thing for Ali to do at that time.

 

If Ali starts with him, I could see Fury savaging him over any number of aspects of his Nation of Islam membership. Pretty sure Fury would laugh off anything Ali lobbed his way though.

 

Fury is unstable.

Ali would have a field day with him let's be real.

Ali would walk down the street, attracting hundreds of followers. And would lead them to Furys gym. He would berate the giant and everyone would laugh with him.

 

Ali was just a child screaming insults.

Fury would show of his bell, pinch some of his baby fat and tell Ali he'd get beaten by a fattie.

 

I doubt either of them would stop and listen to the other enough to really be bothered with anything being said. Ali was like a nonstop machine, he just kept talking, as loud as possible, often ignoring questions. He would pay no mind to Fury's insults, being to busy delivering his own. Fury is no different.

I like them both, the "you got beat by a fat man" comment was hilarious.

 

I quite agree. Ali would look upon Fury as being very lowgrade.

 

Fury would give credit where it is due, and it would be in Ali's case, especially if we are talking after Foreman. I think Ali might appreciate Fury as a showman, as long as he wasn't a threat and I think Tyson would more likely try to charm Ali. Said a similar thing about Mike Tyson, these guys are more than likely going to show Ali respect than try trash talking anyway. I guess depending where they are in their respective careers.

Burger boy wouldn't be able to out talk Ali. Maybe he could out eat him though.

 

yeah I can see Fury taking the terrell route and calling him "clay." That was a good way to get ali going.
