Who would get under each others skin more? Muhammad Ali or Tyson Fury?

Actually I see Fury getting by far the upper hand in the prefight shennanigans. He is seriously an arch troll. I think he lies awake at night thinking of funny and embarrassing things to do to his opponent. Frankly I think he would go further than Ali and be the first man to shut him up.

Of course, this would not be a good thing for Tyson.

Eventually they'd actually have to fight, and I don't think it would go well for him, especially not if he managed to get Ali worked up into a rage.

Thugs, gangsters, kings, diplomats, superstars, impoverished, crazy people, geniuses.

Ali has been in the room with all of them.

Never, was he not "the man" in the room.

Nobody shuts him up. Not a boxer. Not Fury.

I can pretty much bet this comment for sure from Fury to Ali "There is not anyone on this planet born from his mother who can beat Tyson fury".

This would be something to see. I actually think Fury could get under Ali's skin here. Remember when Ali started athletes never self promoted or taunted other athletes on the scale that Ali did. It started with him and it gave him a huge advantage over other fighters who were confused by it. Fury has come along at a time when most athletes "talk trash" and he's quite good at it and he crosses the line all the time. He would be giving Ali a taste of his own medicine

It's possible that Fury may go to places that might really get under Ali's skin, like Terrell did.
Having said that look what then happened to Terrell.

First thing is you can't understand a word that Fury says so I doubt jibberish would get under Ali's skin.

    This.

One the one hand we have some fool with a stupid Northern accent, and on the other a guy who has appeared on dozens of chat shows world wide entertaining millions of people ( including folks who don't give a sh!t about boxing ) with his quips.

    Hmm, tough call.

Ali was great in the long form talk show format. If you can watch some of the **** Cavett shows take a look.

Ali asked Chuck Weper to call him a ni**er, Weiner wisely refused. I don't know if Fury has the same wisdom. Muhammad Ali would be able to pull Fury into deep waters and drown him.

Terrell got under his skin to the extent that Ali let him. Ali used it as fuel if you watch the incident in which he slapped Terrell you will note that he called him Clay almost inadvertently as opposed to Frazier who called him clay and made a point of it.

In short, Fury would only serve as a really good prop.

Oscar Bonavena got under Ali's skin pretty good with the "chicken" thing complete with little chicken noises. Ali was pretty ticked off. Funny stuff
