Wlad would have the Heavyweight title as he would have won it whilst Vitali had a 4 year break.

Agree with most of your list apart from Bute but isn't this just your top 2 in the rankings per division?

you're missing out on guys like Gamboa and Donaire, who pretty much are the next P4P superstars.

well you are missing out, because some of the most entertaining and underrated fights are the lower division

and dawson can't be the champ he got beat by Pascal for his title which Hopkins won, Dawson/Cloud are second
you only chose dawson because he is trained by Emmanuel who trains the the people on your avatar

You have to think of the who beat who, not of who's the best two in each division.

    Heavyweight: Wladimir Klitschko
    Cruiserweight: Steve Cunningham
    Light Heavyweight: Bernard Hopkins
Super Middleweight: Vacant (Ward vs. Froch)
    Middleweight: Sergio Martinez
    Light Middleweight:
    Welterweight: Floyd Mayweather Jr.
    Light Welterweight: Timothy Bradley
    Lightweight: Juan Manuel Marquez
    Junior Lightweight: Ricky Burns
    Featherweight: Yuriorkis Gamboa
    Junior Featherweight: Toshiaki Nishioka
    Bantamweight: Joseph Agbeko
    Junior Bantamweight: Hugo Cazares
    Flyweight: Pongsaklek Wonjongkam

Segura is a Light Flyweight boxer. He's only had one fight at Flyweight.
