Would Sugar Ray Leonard still have officially won that night?

Duran should have asked what was more ignominious, quitting the way he did or showing a big poop stain on his trunks after his "tummy issues" resolved themselves. A true warrior chooses the poop stain, always.

Leonard increases the gap on the scorecards and wins by decision something like a 10-5 score.

Was never a chance of a poop stain. He just had a yellow streak down his back that night

He wasn`t scared, it was Ray that was back peddling, his brother sparred with Duran and Ray remembered his brother told him Duran hated being teased while sparring, he gave up because Ray was clowning him.

I was in a half marathon once and saw a guy that crapped himself. He kept running and finished the race, bless him.

Great question @Italian Stallion! However, with how dominant Leonard had been up to that point in the fight, I saw no possibility for a Duran win. Of course, Duran has always had late spurts, which he might have. It is possible though, that Duran would have dominated the last third of the fight since Leonard was ahead up to that point, although I don't know if Duran could reverse the lead without a knockout. I'm guessing Duran would be the dominant fighter in the last 5 against Leonard due to vastly larger experience later in fights. I think it would be nearly impossible for Duran to knock Leonard out though, so I pretty confidently predict a UD for Leonard, if Duran jumps on him from 10 on, maybe he could grab an MD or an SD. Leonard UD 15.
