yuh the mando was in the same week as his hopkins fight. its so obvious an avoidance, and I am telling you joe called it right, he was 36 and was in real danger of getting lamped out. And he was right in reality too - joe admitted that he had to cheat to survive an early KO from a now featherfist 40something hopkins. A prime froch's punch would not let him survive.

keep trying to rewrite it though, good luck.

Was a contract ever signed for them to find, I know you are a troll, but a simple answer.

Was there ever a Calzaghe v Froch signed contract?

So older more shot is equal to undefeated and young.

    Very simple mind you have.

42-3 to Calzaghe in the poll.

Calzaghe would have slapped the chit outta of the Nose. Froch was tough but not a very skilled technician. Calzaghe was a Master whose career was limited by his manager. He should have been in more high level fights. Dam shame but still an ATG.

He wasn't in any way limited by his promoter.

Calzaghe was the better fighter was more dimensions to his game, so there's very little hope Froch could beat him on points, therefore Froch would have to try to knock him but Calzaghe had a good chin and very good recovery power so I wouldn't be confident.

8/9 times out of 10 Calzaghe should win this fairly comfortably on the cards, but Froch's chances could never be ruled entirely because he never gave up until the final bell.

Calzaghe was always that level above Froch. He was the real deal as far as talent. I think he outboxes Froch and wins a UD.

Calzaghes hand speed and punch output would’ve been to much for Froch.

I see it going the same way as Calzaghe vs Kessler with froch having a little bit of success with the uppercut but not much else and froch not really having a plan B to use

    Calzaghe ud

At times v decent boxers Froch looked off the pace skill wise don't get me wrong he was a great fighter who took every fight there was to take but Calzaghe was from a boxing point of view far superior, Joe wide UD imo .

JC on another level: speed, workrate, dynamism and the most underrated footwork I've ever seen. Froch was tough as hell, but Calzaghe was no snowflake either. Joe by clear ud. GUARANTEED no Kos here.

I skipped to p7 so I'll keep it short.
Froch was a top level fighter and a champ. Joe C was on another level. Superb speed, great engine, and high ring IQ.
