I think the only reason Cotto has the middleweight title is so the Canelo fight can be as big as possible. IF he wins he's gonna vacate or fight Floyd.

The point is, his team and promoter are not making any offers to these fighters.. Theyre just being loud about it to gain attention... do i think Lee or quillin could beat GGG? I wouldnt bet on it, but thats proof nobody is ducking GGG.. Make offers so the public can see it...in orher words dont just talk about it, be about it..

And Lara is a fight that would gain alot of interest from fans, he got robbed against P will, concievably won a decision against Canelo and has a style to give GGG fits.. i dont care if he wins i just want to see it.. Hes the only guy actively calling for the fight but GGG wants monroe and Lamule..good fight but like i said GGG fights boxers with low Ko pct, and sluggers who stand right in front of him... im surprised you dont see that pattern..

I understand hes the MW champ, but things are different then they were in the glory days of boxing...this is the era of CWs unfortunately and if you got as much pull as cotto, you can do whatever you want to do...you really think GGG will turn down a 155 cw fight with Cotto? He'll play hardball but will budge...after all 155 is MW..

And trout will give GGG problems, i wouldnt put much effort into comparing trout and GGG..theyre styles are totally different..

Cotto would have success with GGG because hes the better boxer technically, just as he whooped cheato for the first 6 rounds of the first fight. Js

Ya I agree it's mostly a marketing thing. Right now though neither Lee nor Quillan are possible fights. Lee has a fight coming up and Quillan is a proven ducker, not just of Golovkin.

I would like to see a Lara fight too. But he's not exactly on a hot streak. Lemieux is, The Lara fight will always be their, I can't say the same for Lemieux.

Middleweight just doesn't have a lot of good fighters atm. That will change when Canelo moves up and if Jacobs can improve.

Trouts chin isn't good enough he won't last 3 rounds. Golovkin is actually the better boxer technically than Cotto imo, better at cutting of the ring, punch variation, footwork. Also when Cotto gets hit he's just all over the place. Wouldn't end well for him.

I respectfully disagree. Cotto is very good technically, as for GGG i havn't seen anything from him technically that makes him stand out to me...Maybe he will show me something different in the lamule fight, we'll see.

Ah, kinda like Holyfields win over Douglas was better than a win over Tyson himself.
Or Wladimir beating Rahman is better than had he beaten Lewis himself.

:lol::lol: 9 winning streak against who? Rosado who's on a 9 losing streak :lol::lol:, and Quillin's leftovers? It always cracks me up watching you hype Lemieux with no shame.

If this man ends up on a 22 fight KO streak with the last two being Lemieux and Canelo/Cotto winner, I don't see how any reasonable person could belittle that.
I'm sure you still will though. Enjoy Mayweather Vs. Berto

K2 has already made it known that the will make whichever concessions are necessary to fight Cotto Canelo winner.

Lemieux is part of GBPs step aside payment for GGGs blessing on Cotto Canelo.

GGG will earn 10% of Cottos gross whoever he fights next.
