Who would win a bout between prime George Foreman and prime Tommy Morrison?

If a 1 armed wheezing 1 dimensional Ruddock had morrison down twice early, mercer battered him to a pulp in the corner, bent kod him in 1 round, and lewis beat him like an unruly teenager, what chances does he have of making it past the 3rd round here? I'll tell you: slim and none.

Morrison's lack of defense and below average chin cost him dearly. Maybe if he fought the post zaire version of foreman who was rusty and full of self-doubt he'd at least make it interesting and possibly score a down in a nail biting slug fest. But the prime confident foreman? I just dont see it. He gets poleaxed.

The more I watch their actual fight, the more I think Foreman deserved at least a draw.

 

Foreman destroys him. Prime George had a killer instinct similar to Ray Mercer and would have disposed of Morrison in the first few rounds.

 

It would be similar to Lyle-Foreman except shorter and less drama.

I think Morisson hits him, maybe stings him or drops him, but it isn't long before Foreman is stringing some 18-punch beating together like he did to Norton...

Midway through round 1, after firing a big left hook that seemed to rattle George, a single Foreman jab causes Tommy's eyes to roll back in his head....and he's hurt already. GF fires some big shots...Tommy, in his haze, somehow remembers to fire a desperation left hook, but more like a defensive sort of thing to just stay in the fight. Foreman gets in a L-R-L and puts Tommy on his back and the bell rings. Despite all the efforts of his corner to revive him...he comes out for round 2 on unsteady legs...Foreman senses the kill and closes in, blasting away until a deadly right uppercut drops Tommy in his own corner, dead to the world, and the ref stops it.

The 1990 s fight between GF and TM would bear no resemblance at all to a fight between Prime Foreman and Tommy.
George would come out swinging fast and club Morrison to the floor within second s .Two kds later and it's over .
