WHo would win a Froch-Bute matchup to become the unified SMW champ?

According to another boxing website, it has been reported that according to WBC Super Middleweight Champion Carl Froch, negotiations have been ongoing for a unification title fight with IBF Super Middleweight Champion Lucian Bute. He has also said he is willing to travel into his opponent's backyard to make the fight happen.

So let's look at and handicap a possible showdown between Froch and Bute. Who would win? Mind you, Bute almost lost his fight against Andrade but managed to stay up despite a knockdown in the final round. Froch was losing most of the fight until garnering a dramatic comeback that resulted in a knockdown and subsequent stoppage of Jermain Taylor.
