Who would win between Chad Dawson and Joe Calazghe?

No he isn't decent in the LHW division. He looked like a damn fool fighting B-Hop and was throughly embarassed and roughed up by a non-active 43 year old fighter.

He ruled a weak division fighting extremely weak opposition and got his fame by beating a never was, Lacy. Chad got a tough win over a guy who most recently beat Roy Jones Jr. and Antonio Tarver, the former a ATG with the later being the recognized champ of the division at the time. Not to mention he was a guy that Joe C. ducked fighting on numerous occasions.

Joe beat Mikkel Kessler, someone who is supposedly good, but is so good he backed out of fighting a "blown up middleweight" in Edison Miranda, a fighter who wasn't even top dog in his original division. Kessler isn't looking like a marque name. Oh yeah, Joe did win a SD over a 43 year old B-Hop who whooped his ass the whole fight and left the fight looking like he did when he stepped in the ring, while Joe looked like he just came from a war.

Sorry, you fail at trying to make Joe C. more than what he really is.

That weak SMW division you talk about is the exact same one a prime Johnson (not to mention a lot of fighters from over the pond) couldn't hack it in. And thats the guy you cite as Chad's best win? Dear oh dear. That the same fighter who lost to Sheika who promptly got a beatdown from Joe? That very same fighter that couldn't hack the SMW division the Joe has dominated?

No ****ing one ever looks good vs Hopkins. Deal with it. Joe did what he had to. And he won. Looked like he came from a war? One nick on his nose from round one makes a war does it?

Because MK chose a title fight over a fight with Miranda that makes Miranda automatically better than him? Mondo cool.

Get back to me when Dawson has unified a division, held a belt for 10 years and moved up a division and beaten the man there. Till than pipe down with the easy fight ****. Dawson could posibly win - he has youth on his side but no way would it be easy and only a muppet would ever think so.

Dawson is more suited for Joe. Unlike Hopkins he is not a defensive grabber but saying that Joe looks more shot than Tupac right now so..........

Out of interest, how heavy was Joe on fight night? It was my belief he was barely heavier than he usually is. He came in a little under 175 didn't he? And I'm sure I've read he barely put anything more on...

 

If only team Ca;lzaghe was as confident as the pollsters maybe this fight would be made but guess what this fight is not going to happen wake me up when and if it ever happens other than that I consider Joe C retired. I dont care what else he does I dont care and I found out all I needed to about this guy from the Hopkins fight. zzzzzzzzzzz wake me up if a miracle happens and he signs to fight Dawson other than that I have written my last line on this guy.
